The Work

MENABloom took charge of managing the digital campaign and technical arrangements for the DCO Metaverse webinar, with the objective of achieving 120 registrations. The budget was allocated for a two-day period spanning from October 29th to October 31st. The campaign has produced noteworthy key performance indicators (KPIs).

The Process

  • Developing content for the webinar’s registration page, and email communications related to the webinar’s topic and configuring the technical setup of the webinar platform on Zoom and integrating a third-party streaming solution for LinkedIn.
  • Extending invitations to webinar attendees and dispatching timely reminders and conducting thorough testing of the webinar with panelists before going live, creating the necessary creative elements for branding, such as background images, startup screens, and outro screens with implementing online marketing tags to precisely track conversions.
  • Supervising the execution of the webinar throughout its broadcast duration and managing the webinar community involves moderating comments, facilitating polls, addressing audience questions, and coordinating the display of relevant screens with monitoring the live stream on LinkedIn.
  • In order to ensure the achievement of optimal results and minimize the occurrence of errors in future webinar events, MENABloom delivered the DCO recommendations and key learnings to adhere to the meticulously planned timelines and processes.
